The UMC DOC Team headed by Rev. John B. Manalo will launch the UMC DOC Downloading at Palawan PAC fro OCt 22 to 23, 2013. Bishop Rodolfo A. Juan will also be with the team together with the District Superintendents of Pampanga PAC, DS Helen M. Cunanan and DS Eller Valencia.
